San Diego's waters are full of dolphins — bottlenose and common dolphins are a regular presence year-round, and the Carolina's speed means you can cover ground quickly to find them. This 28-foot Koehlerkraft cruiser does up to 28 knots and is a fully private charter for up to 6 guests. Charcuterie board and cold drinks are included on every trip. Bow and aft sundecks give everyone a prime viewing spot, and there's a kayak and paddleboard onboard if you want to explore between sightings. Wildlife sightings are frequent but never guaranteed.
